Plot Synopsis

Hosted by property expert Wendy Wolfe, this reboot of the classic PROPERTY VIRGINS series follows first-time home buyers who are making the biggest financial decision of their lives. Each half-hour episode follows the experiences of one first-time home buyer, or "property virgin," as they set out to find their dream homes -- while having no clue what they're getting themselves into. PROPERTY VIRGINS debuted with back-to-back episodes on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from Noon-1pm on A&E:

"Learn the Ropes" (Noon): Azra and Bill have outgrown their tiny rental. And with their relationship getting more serious by the day, the couple is now searching for a home of their own where they can put down roots and start a family. Property expert Wendy Wolfe promises to find them a spacious home in an up-and-coming neighborhood close to the city. But finding something that checks all their boxes means managing competing needs and wants -- and eventually nudging them towards a compromise.

"One for the Money" (12:30pm): Running a successful hair accessories business from home means Madison and Liam have outgrown their inner city digs. And the search is on for a dog-friendly suburban home that's still within commuting range of Liam's office. From turnkey to fixer-upper, property expert Wendy Wolfe steps in with a range of tantalizing options.

"Before the Bouquet" (Noon): With their wedding fast approaching, first-time buyers Nikita and Alton are determined to move out of their parents' homes and into a luxurious starter home of their own. From the start, property expert Wendy Wolfe warns that compromise is the name of the game. And the couple's house hunt soon takes them to the outer limits of their search area -- and to the top of their budget.

"Beyond the Wishlist" (12:30pm): Since first meeting online, digital matches Anita and Aveet have tied the knot. And now they're eyeing their next big step -- moving out of his mom's place and into a deluxe home of their own. Taking charge of the househunt, property expert Wendy Wolfe warns the risk-averse couple that the size of their love nest will depend on the spend -- and that moving closer to family will inevitably land them at the top end of their budget.
