Plot Synopsis

RANCH TO TABLE is a half-hour cooking show that centers on 7th-generation cattle rancher and entrepreneur Elizabeth Poett, as she tackles the work of running her family's 14,000-acre ranch while crafting regional dishes using her own fresh ingredients. On Friday, February 19, 2021, discovery+ released "Welcome to the Ranch" as a sneak peek of the series. In this episode, Elizabeth welcomes viewers to her family's 14,000-acre ranch in California. Working side by side with her husband, Austin, she tends to the land beginning at dawn. For dinner, she prepares a Santa Maria Style Tri-Tip and a Blackberry-Apple Galette.

Two months later -- on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 1:30pm ET/PT -- Food Network aired the linear television premiere of RANCH TO TABLE's sneak peek, debuting the same episode, "Welcome to the Ranch."

RANCH TO TABLE made its official debut on Friday, August 6, 2021 on Magnolia, as the streaming service released "Springtime on the Ranch," the first new episode since the sneak peek. Elizabeth celebrates springtime on the ranch by harvesting fresh honey to use in a honey lemon cake. She also puts the honey to use preparing lemon buttermilk fried chicken as a thank-you gift for her neighbors. RANCH TO TABLE made its official television debut as a series on Sunday, April 3, 2022 from 2-3pm ET, as Magnolia Network aired back-to-back episodes.

The sophomore season of RANCH TO TABLE debuted on Friday, March 18, 2022 on the Magnolia app, as the streaming service released the first episode of the new season. In the season opener, "Night Off," life as a rancher and a mom can be busy, so Elizabeth invites close friends and fellow moms to the ranch for a well-deserved night off. She prepares rib eye steaks and serves a walnut cake with burnt butter cream frosting for dessert. Season 2 of RANCH TO TABLE made its linear television debut on Sunday, May 8, 2022 at 2pm ET on Magnolia Network.

Season 3 of RANCH TO TABLE premiered on Friday, December 16, 2022, as the Magnolia app released the first episode of the new season. In the season opener, "A Ranch Holiday," Elizabeth Poett is making favorites and sweet treats for friends and family. She prepares a Sausage, Gruyere, and Mushroom Strata. Then, she makes Thumbpring Cookies and Chocolate Truffles as gifts for neighbors. The third season of RANCH TO TABLE made its linear television debut on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at 1pm ET on Magnolia Network.

RANCH TO TABLE returned for its fourth season on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at 1pm ET on Magnolia Network. In the season opener, "Creme Brulee Day," Elizabeth and her friend Katie have known each other all their lives; normally, they catch up while getting work done on the ranch, but today Elizabeth is bringing dinner to enjoy together; for the occasion, she makes gnocchi and creme brulee.
