Plot Synopsis

Inspired by the beloved, award-winning 1997 film, THE REAL FULL MONTY is a two-hour special in which a daring group of male celebrities volunteer to bare all to raise awareness for prostate, testicular, and colorectal cancer testing and research. Anthony Anderson rallies a cast of male celebrities, including himself, Taye Diggs, Chris Jones (3x Super Bowl Champion, Kansas City Chiefs), Tyler Posey, Bruno Tonioli, and James Van Der Beek to encourage men to get checked and strip the stigma around prostate, testicular, and colorectal cancer. During the two-hour special, Anderson leads Diggs, Jones, Posey, Tonioli and Van Der Beek as they train and rehearse for the most revealing performance of their careers, culminating with a big strip-tease dance, choreographed by Mandy Moore, where they will bare all in front of a live audience. Leading up to the final disrobing, the men will expand their limits, test their modesty, and strengthen their bond with a series of rehearsals and experiences -- both private and public -- designed to build confidence and remove them far from their comfort zone and forge a brotherhood. Along the way, each of the celebrities will share their personal stories of how cancer has impacted their lives. THE REAL FULL MONTY debuted on Monday, December 9, 2024 from 8-10pm ET/PT on FOX.

About The Colorectal Cancer Alliance: The Colorectal Cancer Alliance empowers a nation of passionate and determined allies to prevent, treat and overcome colorectal cancer in their lives and communities. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Washington, D.C., the Alliance advocates for prevention, magnifies support and accelerates research. We are the largest national nonprofit dedicated to colorectal cancer, and we exist to end this disease in our lifetime. For more information visit colorectalcancer.org

About The Prostate Cancer Foundation: The Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) is the world's leading philanthropic organization dedicated to the research and eradication of prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer among men, with 1 in 8 men diagnosed in their lifetime. Right now, one man dies every 15 minutes from prostate cancer in the United States. PCF's vision is to end all deaths from prostate cancer by raising awareness and funding urgent, cutting-edge research.

About the Testicular Cancer Society: We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit, public charity that is committed to raise awareness and education for the most common form of cancer in men ages 15-35 and provide support for fighters, survivors and caregivers. Through our omni-channel, award-winning campaigns and award-winning partnerships we are not just increasing awareness but creating a culture of self-examination to increase the chances of early stage diagnosis, when testicular cancer is almost 100% curable. Our support programs are designed to help those affected by testicular cancer navigate the best path forward and unite via community. Whether it is connecting those newly diagnosed to testicular cancer experts or to peer survivors, our goal is to assure each individual has the most positive outcomes for decades of their survivorship. Our goal is to be the resource on testicular cancer, to raise awareness and save lives. When testicular cancer is no longer taking the lives of those affected, way too early, our mission will be complete.
