Executive produced by Kerry Washington, Larry Wilmore and creator/lead writer Raamla Mohamed, REASONABLE DOUBT is a one-hour legal drama series that centers on Jax Stewart, who is often judged for her questionable ethics and wild interpretations of the law...until you're the one in trouble. Then you'll see her for what she is: the most brilliant and fearless defense attorney in Los Angeles who bucks the justice system at every chance she gets. REASONABLE DOUBT premiered on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 on Hulu, as the streaming service released the first two episodes. Washington directed the first episode. REASONABLE DOUBT made its linear television debut on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 10pm ET/PT on ABC.

Season 2 of REASONABLE DOUBT debuted with two new episodes on Thursday, August 22, 2024 on Hulu, with a new installment dropping each Thursday. After trying to heal from her wounds from last season's arduous trial and deadly affair, Jax Stewart is attempting to get her life back on track. That is until one of her closest friends reveals that she has killed her husband. Her friend is claiming self-defense, but an uncompromising prosecutor thinks otherwise. Needing all the help she can get, Jax brings in an ambitious defense attorney to lead the case, but things get tense very quickly. Can Jax defend her friend, save her marriage and protect her energy while being catapulted into the biggest case of her career? Or will she lose it all? Episodes include:

"Can I Live? (Thursday, August 22, 2024)": After receiving terrible news from a close friend, Jax Stewart returns to work sooner than she expected causing her to feel pressure from work, her friends and Lewis.

"Say Hello" (Thursday, August 22, 2024): Jax brings in a new lawyer to help with Shanelle's case; however, when they disagree on tactics, Jax goes behind his back, a move that backfires in an unexpected way.

"Part II (On the Run)" (Thursday, August 29, 2024): Jax and Corey must work together to find Shanelle before it's too late. Meanwhile, Shanelle's actions lead to a riff in Sally's marriage.

"Primetime" (Thursday, September 5, 2024): Shanelle gets interviewed from jail causing Jax's panic attacks to return as we take a look back on JT and Shanelle's relationship.

"Guilty Until Proven Innocent" (Thursday, September 12, 2024): Jax confronts Shanelle on her new theory about the case while Corey reveals to the partners at the firm his frustrations with Jax. In the meantime, Terrence helps Lewis navigate a new problem.

"This Can't Be Life" (Thursday, September 19, 2024): Jax has found herself in a dangerous situation once again, while Lucy's past resurfaces. Adrian takes the stand revealing new secrets as Lewis struggles to keep one of his own.

"Venus vs. Mars " (Thursday, September 26, 2024): Jax and Lewis are at an impasse while things get heated at the office with Corey. The prosecution rests on Shanelle's case.

"Change the Game" (Thursday, October 3, 2024): As the defense begins their case, Jax is forced to face a new normal with Lewis. Meanwhile, Lucy struggles to keep her ex-husband out of her life.

"Who You Wit" (Thursday, October 10, 2024): After her failed performance on the stand, Sally is hanging by a thread making Jax suspicious. However, Jax and Corey prep Shanelle to take the stand before Jax realizes the truth about JT's murder.

"Encore" (Thursday, October 17, 2024): The verdict for Shanelle's case comes back. Jax and Lewis have to figure out what their future looks like.
