Plot Synopsis

RECIPE LOST AND FOUND is a half-hour docuseries that follows Casey Corn, a classically trained chef and food anthropologist, as she helps people rediscover their lost family recipes by diving into each family's history and culture to reveal the magic behind the dish. In the series opener, "Myra's Matzo Ball Soup," Casey helps a Norwalk, CT, couple track down a lost, fourth-generation matzo ball soup recipe. The wife remembers eating her Great-Grandma Mary's version as a little girl and wants to re-created it for her Nigerian husband. Season 1 of RECIPE LOST AND FOUND made its linear television debut on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at 2:30pm ET on Magnolia Network, immediately following the Season 2 debut of the series.

The sophomore season of RECIPE LOST AND FOUND debuted on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at 2pm ET on Magnolia Network on earlier in the day on the Magnolia app. The season opener, "Great-Grandma Antonia's Homemade Lasagna," features a highly regional dish, with lasagna recipes varying widely. Casey Corn helps a recipe-seeker re-create her Great-Grandmother Antonia's magical lasagna with its many paper-thin layers of handmade pasta and a "sneaky" white sauce.
