Plot Synopsis

Jada Pinkett Smith, her daughter Willow, and mother Adrienne -- three generations of women with very different viewpoints -- open their home for a series of candid conversations around a red table with family and friends. Throughout the series, Jada, Willow and Adrienne are joined by celebrity guests and friends, as they explore social issues and topics that have touched the family like motherhood, parenting, friendship, sexuality, body image, and personal loss. In the series opener, "Motherhood," Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith's ex-wife Sheree Fletcher sit down to discuss their blended family for the first time. Adrienne, Jada's mom, shares her personal story about giving birth to Jada at age 17, the same age her granddaughter Willow is today. Plus, Willow has a revelation about her own mom.

After a two-month break, RED TABLE TALK returned with new episodes on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Noon ET/9am PT, as Facebook Watch released "Jada Goes Bald." In the mid-season premiere, superstar comedian Tiffany Haddish crashes the red table determined to find out why Jada shaved her head. RED TABLE TALK returned with new episodes on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Noon ET/9am PT on Facebook Watch. In the premiere episode, "Janelle Monae's Hidden Struggles," Janelle joins the Red Table and shares her inspiring message for anyone who's ever felt like they didn't fit in or can't be themselves. This unapologetic Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter, actor, fashion icon, LGBTQIA+ superhero and new author reveals why she no longer sees herself as a woman and what inspired her to come out at age 32. Janelle shares how she overcame her fears of abandonment and healed from the traumatizing effects of her father's drug addiction. Then, a special appearance by Janelle's fierce and fun-loving mom shakes up the Table. Plus, a dream comes true for a Janelle superfan. Upcoming episodes include exclusives with the heartbroken parents of Miss USA Cheslie Kryst who tragically died by suicide earlier this year; Ireland Baldwin and her mom Oscar winning actress Kim Basinger's first interview together revealing how crippling anxiety has affected their lives (this also marks Kim's first interview in over a decade); the first sit down with "Tinder Swindler" victim Ayleen Charlotte, the best-selling author of "My Friend Anna" about being conned by fake German heiress Anna Delvey, Rachel DeLoache Williams and real estate mogul and business expert Barbara Corcoran, who comes with a warning and reveals how she was the target of a frightening scam that could happen to anyone; the Smith siblings (Willow, Jaden and Trey) who take over the table for their first solo episode; and much more.
