Plot Synopsis

Created by Carlos Lopez, SANTO is a six-episode crime-action thriller that tells the story of Santo, the world's most wanted drug dealer whose face has never been revealed. Two police officers who go after him, Cardona and Millan, are initially radically opposed, but they will have to learn to collaborate and understand each other in order to solve the case and stay alive. The story opens in Salvador de Bahia, where Agent Cardona hopes Santo's mistress might reveal the narco's whereabouts; meanwhile, in Madrid, Inspector Millan tracks down a suspect. After being rescued in Madrid, Cardona tries to remember what happened to him and Barbara while they were kidnapped. Millan investigates the Norwegians. All six episodes of SANTO dropped on Friday, September 16, 2022 on Netflix.
