Plot Synopsis

Co-hosts Andrew Gruel and Anthony Dispensa travel across America helping chefs and restaurant owners fix their menus, decor and customer service, as they try to convince their worst online critics to change their reviews after a restaurant rescue. In each one-hour episode, Andrew and Anthony facilitate a face-to-face meeting between a restaurant's personnel and its most vocal unsatisfied customers, who have trashed the eatery's food, ambience and service. The duo then help the chef and owner listen to customers' criticism with an open mind so they can make the necessary changes to their business. Once Andrew and Anthony complete the restaurant makeover, will the new operation convince their toughest online critics to change their reviews and encourage new customers to come through the door? Restaurants include: Cammarano's (Simi Valley, CA), owned by Mark Cammarano, who says he's about to lose his restaurant because he's being unfairly crushed by negative online reviews; Shrimp House (Arcadia, CA), owned by Nick Collas, who has been getting into nasty online arguments with angry diners who have trashed his food; and many more poorly rated eateries.
