Plot Synopsis

The first installment in this comedy-horror anthology series revolves around a college campus that is rocked by a series of murders. All hell is about to break loose on the Wallace University campus when, exactly 20 years after a mysterious tragedy, a devil-clad killer begins to target the sisters of Kappa House. The series opens with the girls of Kappa Kappa Tau dying for new pledges. Kappa House, the most sought-after sorority for pledges, is ruled with an iron fist (in a pink glove) by Chanel Oberlin. When anti-Kappa Dean Cathy Munsch decrees that sorority pledging must be open to all students, and not just the school's silver-spooned elite, someone steals the school mascot's Red Devil costume and this devil-clad killer begins wreaking havoc across campus. SCREAM QUEENS premiered on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 8-10pm ET/PT on FOX with a two-hour debut, moving to its regular timeslot -- Tuesdays at 9pm ET/PT -- the following week. Season 2 of SCREAM QUEENS premiered on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 9pm ET/PT on FOX. Years after the murderous events at Kappa House, Dean Munsch purchases an abandoned hospital under the guise of fixing the healthcare system in America. After recruiting surgeons, Dr. Brock Holt and Dr. Cassidy Cascade, as well as medical student Zayday Williams, the Dean shocks everyone when she enlists the services of the disgraced Chanels to join the ranks at the teaching hospital. Meanwhile, secrets from the hospital's past begin to reveal themselves and a new killer surfaces. John Stamos plays Dr. Brock Holt, the hospital's brilliant, but secretive, head surgeon. Jerry O'Connell and Cecily Strong guest star.

On Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 9pm ET/PT, FOX premiered the Season 2 finale of SCREAM QUEENS. In the season ender, "Drain the Swamp," the Green Meanie sets its final plan for revenge in motion as Hester makes a bold move to secure her future, and Brock performs a dangerous surgery to save Dean Munsch's life.
