Plot Synopsis

Based on Lauren Beukes' 2013 book, "The Shining Girls," SHINING GIRLS is a scripted drama series that centers on Kirby Mazrachi, who learns that a recent murder is linked to her assault years earlier, leaving her in a constantly shifting reality. She teams with veteran reporter Dan Velazquez to understand her ever-changing present and confront her past. Series star Elisabeth Moss directed two episodes and is an executive producer of the series, which premiered Friday, April 29, 2022 as Apple TV+ released the first three episodes. A new episode dropped each Friday through June 3.
