Plot Synopsis

Three women navigate the world of romance as they work in Atlanta's fashion and music industry. In Season 1, the series followed Val, Keisha and April, but newcomer Raquel, a close friend of Keisha, replaced Val in the group at the start of Season 2. Keisha is a former video dancer, who was just looking for a rich man to keep her in style. Even though she was burned by Malcolm in Season 1, they got together and Season 3 opened with them returning to Atlanta after traveling around the world -- but their relationship was threatened by a sudden tragedy and a mysterious woman, Naomi Cox. April had supposedly found the perfect man and the perfect marriage -- but learned in Season 1 that marriage wasn't necessarily a happy ending and in Season 2 found herself entering the dating game after being off the market since she was 18 years old. In the third season, April landed an opportunity of a lifetime, working for one of Atlanta's most powerful music managers, Felicia Price, and became embroiled in an ongoing rivalry with her new colleague, David Berenger. Raquel is a savvy business woman from a prominent Southern family on a quest to discover passion, and in Season 3 she turned her focus to her boutique, Indulgence, and soon found her passion in an unexpected partnership. Val was an ambitious aspiring fashion mogul who wants to find a true partner. Executive producer Queen Latifah made guest appearances in the series. On Monday, May 30, 2011 at 9pm ET, VH1 aired a two-hour premiere event of SINGLE LADIES, which was originally billed as a made-for-TV-movie and is now considered a back-door pilot. SINGLE LADIES returned for its third season on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 9pm ET/PT on VH1, with a season opener featuring a wedding that reunites Raquel and April with Keisha, after she had been away for three months. Plus, after months of traveling with Malcolm, Keisha has to figure out how to tell him that she wants to stay in Atlanta after he's sidetracked by a sudden tragedy.

For its six-episode fourth season, SINGLE LADIES moved from VH1 to BET and Centric, with the season opening on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT. Still set in Atlanta, SINGLE LADIES continues to follow the lives of a group of sexy women -- Keisha Green (played by LisaRaye McCoy), April Goldberg (played by Charity Shea), Raquel Lancaster (played by Denise Vasi), Felicia Price (played by LeToya Luckett) and Austin Aguilera (played by Melissa De Sousa) -- and their very different approaches to love, life and their careers. This season, things take a devastating turn when one of the close friends goes missing, setting off a season of high stakes mystery and drama, including a deep dive into the struggles of friendship and loyalty, and finding the balance between a thriving career and having someone to share it with.
