Plot Synopsis

Created, written and executive produced by Brian Duffield, SKULL ISLAND is a half-hour animated series that follows a group of explorers, who are shipwrecked on Skull Island in the South Pacific, where they encounter bizarre creatures and terrifying monsters, including the mighty titan himself, Kong. The story opens with a mysterious castaway appearring while Charlie, Mike and their dads search the ocean for mythical creatures, throwing all their plans into chaos. As they adjust to wild new surroundings, Mike and Charlie realize that getting to shore was the easy part. Cap encounters another explorer. On the run from a terrifying predator, the boys glimpse an unbelievable sight. Irene leads her team deeper into the island. All eight episodes of SKULL ISLAND dropped on Thursday, June 22, 2023 on Netflix.
