Plot Synopsis

Each 60-minute episode recreates three stories of crime and corruption in small town America, while also using first-person interviews and archival photos and video. OWN first aired this program on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 10pm ET/PT, but had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. The pilot episode featured these three stories: a respected townsman moonlights as a bank robber; a rogue drug enforcement team terrorizes a neighborhood; and a quiet community is stunned when drugs take over its youth.
