Plot Synopsis

Each Saturday night at 10pm ET/PT during SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE's 40th season, NBC aired one classic episode from each of the show's 40-year history. SNL VINTAGE, a one-hour version of each program, debuted with a show from SNL's first season hosted by Richard Pryor and musical guest Gil Scott-Heron. Then, one week later, NBC aired an episode from the 25th season with host Christopher Walken and musical guest Christina Aguilera.

On Sunday, May 10, 2015, NBC announced that this series will return for its second season this Fall, airing Saturdays at 10pm ET/PT.
