Plot Synopsis

Based on Harlan Coben's book of the same name, STAY CLOSE is an eight-episode drama series that follows the lives of people connected to two men who vanished exactly 17 years apart: Carlton Flynn and Stewart Green. Four people each conceal dark secrets from those closest to them: Megan Pierce, a working mother of three, who is troubled by a visitor from her past -- just before her wedding day; Ray, a once-promising documentary photographer; Det. Mike Broome, a detective unable to let go of a missing person's cold case, linking it to a new disappearance; and Lorraine, an old friend of Megan's. As the past comes back to haunt them, threatening to ruin their lives and the lives of those around them, what will be their next move? On Friday, December 31, 2021, Netflix released all eight episodes of STAY CLOSE.
