Plot Synopsis

During an encore presentation of a SUPERMARKET STAKEOUT episode, Alex Guarnaschelli cooks at home in her own backyard during the COVID-19 pandemic, using the most-challenging carts from the episode. In the series opener, "No Eggs. No Butter. All Attitude," Alex attempts to make a breakfast sandwich without a crucial ingredient -- eggs! Then it's time to get fancy as she tries to make a decadent dessert with only five ingredients.

Season 2 of SUPERMARKET STAKEOUT: WHAT WOULD ALEX MAKE? premiered on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 10pm ET/PT on Food Network. In the season opener, "Sweet Heat," Alex creates sweet breakfast sushi using an infamous salty canned ham ingredient. Then she brings the heat when she makes a spicy chicken dish with only five ingredients.
