Plot Synopsis

Executive produced and hosted by Leslie Jones, SUPERMARKET SWEEP is a reboot of the classic game show of the same name that follows three teams of two as they battle it out using their grocery shopping skills and knowledge of merchandise to win big cash prizes. Teams compete against each other for the chance to become the winning duo to play in the "Super Sweep," a race against the clock to find five products in order to win $100,000. Each one-hour episode includes two games, including the season opener, which features these six teams: Lois Arbogast (Alberta, Canada) & Julia Warren (Vancouver, WA), Chelsie Carlton (Winston-Salem, NC) & Jaleah Wilder (Raleigh, NC), and Ryan Pearcy (Little Rock, AR) & Drew Horton (St. Louis, MO); and Morgan Brown (Dallas, TX) & Frankie Chapman (Grambling, La), Kelsey Hsing (Cupertino, CA) & Patrick Castillo (Philippines), and Sarah Lerma (Stockton, CA) & Chris Lerma (Capay, CA).

The sophomore season of SUPERMARKET SWEEP premiered on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 9pm ET/PT on ABC, with Leslie Jones returning as host. The season opener, "You Should've Grabbed a Lot More Triscuits!," features these contestants: Lucy Brandon (La Crescenta, CA) & Angela Augustus (Glendale, CA); Rashel Gonzales (Woodland Hills, CA) & Grant Eastey (Woodland Hills, CA); Jullien Santiaga (Ontario, CA) & Marquan Nesbitt (Ontario, CA); Latetia Bobo (Altadena, CA) & Briana McKoy (Altadena, CA); Andrew Carrillo (Sherman Oaks, CA) & Clayton Walter (Sherman Oaks, CA); and Angelica Johnson (Thousand Oaks, CA) & Jacobi Wynne (Thousand Oaks, CA).
