Plot Synopsis

TEN STEPS TO DISASTER is a documentary series that investigates four of the most famous disasters of the 20th Century, revealing ten mistakes that resulted in catastrophe. In the last twenty years secret files have been declassified, new evidence revealed, and modern forensic analysis is now giving experts more insight into these historic events. Weaving archive and interviews with experts, each one-hour episode of this series takes viewers through the events leading up to the final fateful moments of a different catastrophe, including: 9/11, JFK's Assassination, the 737 MAX plane crashes, and the Deepwater Horizon explosion and oil spill.
