Plot Synopsis

TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK is a half-hour animated series that focuses on Terrans, the first Earthborn Transformers, who spark to life and forge an alliance with the Malto family and Autobots, uniting them in a shared mission. The story opens with Robby having trouble adjusting after their family's big move to the rural town of Witwicky, until he and his sister, Mo, discover the first-ever Earthborn Transformers. As the Malto family get used to its new members, Bumblebee quickly learns that his mission to train the Terrans won't be as easy as he thought. The first 10 episodes of TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK dropped on Friday, November 11, 2022 on Paramount+, with the one-hour series opener making its linear television debut later the same day at 4pm ET/PT on Nickelodeon.

After a four-month break, TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK returned with eight new episodes on Friday, March 3, 2023 on Paramount+. In these new episodes, the Terrans continue to uncover their powers while they learn to protect themselves against G.H.O.S.T. Twitch, Thrash and the rest of the Malto family will continue to learn what it means to be a Transformers robot, what it means to be human and ultimately what it means to be a family. Making their debut in the series are Keith David as Grimlock, Alfie Alan as Tarantulas and Roger Craig Smith as Breakdown.

On Friday, July 28, 2023, Paramount+ released the final eight episodes of the first season of TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK. In the mid-season premiere, "A Stygi Situation," Jawbreaker finally chooses an alt-mode, but instead of changing into it, the alt-mode changes him.

The sophomore season of TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK debuted on Friday, June 7, 2024 on Paramount+, which released nine episodes. In Season 2, the Emberstone has shattered, and it's a race against the Decepticons to find all the pieces. Limitless power will be at the fingertips of whoever holds the artifact... Amidst the chaos, Robby meets someone special; Mo uncovers an ancient secret in Witwicky; and the Terrans level up. Together the Malto family and the Autobots see how far they must go to defend all that they love. Season 2 guest stars "Weird Al" Yankovic as Cosmos, Zelda Williams as Spitfire, Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea as Aftermath and Richard Ayoade Fairmaestro.

Season 3 of TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK premiered on Friday, October 25, 2024 on Paramount+, which released seven episodes. In the third season, a giant-size Dome divides the town of Witwicky and traps the Decepticons inside, but it can't hold them forever. The Malto family and the Autobots must figure out a long-term solution, and help arrives from an unlikely place. While doing all they can to get life back to normal again, a mysterious saboteur threatens the Autobots, and Robby and Mo face a ruthless foe who challenges their right to wield the power of Quintus Prime. New to the series are Eric Bauza as Prowl, an old-world Autobot detective who follows his instincts and trusts the facts. He's highly suspicious of Optimus' new alliances, but Prowl always finds the truth he seeks; and Betsy Sodaro as the Quintesson Judge, Commander of the Quintessons (the first "sons" of Quintus Prime), and she feels it is her birthright to possess the power of the Emberstone. She's wise, dangerous, and her ego is so large that it's no wonder she has five heads. Season 3 guest stars include: "Weird Al" Yankovic as Cosmos, Zelda Williams as Spitfire, Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea as Aftermath and Richard Ayoade as Fairmaestro return to the series to lend their voices.
