Plot Synopsis

This team of paramedics is the first to respond to any emergency in San Francisco -- doesn't matter if they have to get there by ambulance, boat or helicopter. These heroes must face the most extreme conditions to save lives and give meaning to their own existence in the process. The first responders are: Rabbit, a daredevil flight medic; Cameron, a stoic paramedic; Nancy, a strong-willed paramedic; Marisa, a tough rookie helicopter pilot; Tyler, an edgy EMT; Glenn, a rookie EMT; and the team mentor Dr. Joe Saviano.
