Plot Synopsis

Set in Manila where the mythical creatures of Philippine folklore live in hiding amongst humans, detective Alexandra Trese finds herself going head to head with a criminal underworld composed of malevolent supernatural beings. Based on the Philippine graphic novel created by Budjette Tan and KaJO Baldisimo and created for screen by Jay Oliva, Trese is voiced by Liza Soberano in the Filipino language version and Shay Mitchell in the English language version. The entire six-episode first season of TRESE dropped on Thursday, June 10, 2021 on Netflix.
