Munoz is a Spanish Chef with 3 Michelin Stars at his restaurant DiverXO, and he is closely associated with avant-garde cuisine, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence. Beyond the Michelin stars of his restaurants DiverXO and RavioXO, DiverXO was chosen in 2023 as the third best restaurant in the world in The World's 50 Best, after only 3 years on the list. This series reveals the process he uses every day as he tries to decide the future of his restaurants and his life.
