Plot Synopsis

THE VEIL is a six-episode international spy thriller that explores the surprising and fraught relationship between two women who play a deadly game of truth and lies on the road from Istanbul to Paris and London. One woman has a secret, the other a mission to reveal it before thousands of lives are lost. In the shadows, mission controllers at the CIA and French DGSE must put differences aside and work together to avert potential disaster. THE VEIL debuted on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 on FX on Hulu, which released two episodes. A new installment drops weekly.

About the main characters:

- Imogen Salter is a British MI6 agent who will follow her instincts to the limit to discover the truth.

- Adilah El Idrissi has been drawn into a dangerous organization at a vulnerable time in her life, and now she must now navigate her way through the truth and lies around her.

- Malik Amar is a French Algerian DGSE operative who will stop at nothing to protect both his country and Imogen.

- Max Peterson is high up within the CIA and leading the task force to prevent a major incident on U.S. soil.
