Plot Synopsis

THE WATER BROTHERS is an eco-adventure series that follows two brothers who recently graduated from college -- one from environmental studies on the East Coast and one from film school on the West Coast -- as they travel the world to explore our relationship with water. From the Mekong River in South East Asia to the frozen Arctic Circle and from the disappearing coral reefs of the Caribbean to the Carp infested waters of the Mississippi River, Alex and Tyler Mifflin reveal what the problems are with our water, what the local people and experts say about these problems and most importantly, what people can do about them. Pivot aired the U.S. premiere of this series on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT.

On Monday, March 21, 2016 at 7pm ET/PT, Pivot aired the U.S. premiere of the third season of THE WATER BROTHERS, kicking off the cable networks second annual "Water Week." The seven-episode season follows the adventures of brothers Alex and Tyler Mifflin as they explore our relationship with water, identifying the problems we face and tapping into solutions.
