Plot Synopsis

Based on Kousuke Oono's graphic novel of the same name, THE WAY OF THE HOUSEHUSBAND is a quarter-hour anime series that centers on the legendary yakuza Tatsu (aka "the Immortal Dragon"), who, after disappearing from the underworld, resurfaces as a fiercely devoted stay-at-home husband. On Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released five episodes of the series.

The five-episode second season of THE WAY OF THE HOUSEHUSBAND dropped on Sunday, January 1, 2023 on Netflix. Everyone's favorite ex-yakuza is back! He's clipping coupons, planning penny-saving meals -- and taking his job as a househusband very, very seriously. In the season opener, Miku needs to eat her way through a huge pile of pastries. Tatsu's no match for the typhoon. Then, Tatsu, Miku and Masa go camping.
