Hosted by Al Roker, WEATHER HACKS is a two-part special that reveals practical tips, tricks, and hacks about how to save money, possessions and life before, during and after a major weather event. Weather Channel premiered the first installment on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at 10pm ET, which tells viewers how to deal with snow blizzards and what to do about hurricanes and the resulting floods. For hints about dealing with extreme snow storms, Roker discusses how to shovel snow, how to avoid and treat frostbite, how to dress warmly, how to avoid burst pipes, how to save energy in the home, and much more. The second episode of WEATHER HACKS will debut later in 2017.
