Plot Synopsis

Each half-hour episode of WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY follows two couples in different cities as they search for homes that are similarly priced. On Friday, April 19, 2019 at 9:30pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered the series pilot, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "Buy, Felicia," two couples with the same strict budget of $450,000 search for their dream homes thousands of miles apart. In Montana, Dan and Grace desire a house with ample land, scenic mountain views and zero neighbors while Floridians Joe and Felicia would love a place with water access, a chef kitchen and plenty of room to entertain.
