Plot Synopsis

Health expert Dr. Anna Marie provides tips for better living by profiling inspirational individuals, offering timely advice, cooking with Chef Ulrich, discussing animals for seniors, and working with her Greenovation, home-improvement team. Dr. Anna Marie talks with these inspirational people, as they share their YOUR LIFE stories: Olympic Figure Skater Kimmie Meissner, who is back on the ice; a karate sensei; Olympic Equestrian Phillip Dutton, who shares how he's keeping balance in life; Karen Collins, who talks about Life After A Heart Attack; a woman who outsmarted menopause; and barrel racer Kaila Foss. Chef Ulrich whips up simple healthy spring rolls, salmon sliders, penne pasta with peas, and many more tasty dishes. The Greenovation teams tackles projects like: redefing a 40-year-old energy-draining home; rewrapping windows to save energy; adding efficient and healthy insulation; changing the HVAC system so it heats and cools from the ground up; evaluating the air we breathe in our homes; and addressing issues with humidity hassles. Plus, Dr. Anna Marie tells the stories of animals, such as a senior K-9 team, senior therapeutic riding horses, a blind sommelier with a guide dog, and her own dog Bucca, which goes surgery and physical therapy over four episodes. This program aired each weekday morning during its first week, and then weekly afterwards.
