After a marine is killed when his cell phone explodes, the team investigates a group of marines to determine which one of them is responsible for trying to off the others. Alicia becomes suspicious when a judge sentences a juvenile client to jail time after she reaches a probation agreement with the prosecution. Her investigation reveals that the judge may be letting racism shape his decisions, but comes up against a wall when she finds out that the judge is an old friend of Will’s.
