Plot Synopsis

Each week immediately after the premiere of a new episode of EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION, HGTV.com debuts a new installment of EXTREME MAKEOVER: HEART AND HOME, a digital series that explores the custom elements that were designed with lots of heart for each home and family. In this online series, the design team -- Breegan Jane, Carrie Locklyn and Darren Keefe -- discuss their passion for the unique builds they created to exceed each family's greatest expectations. Fans also get an inside look at the designers' vision for each family and how they were able to bring the design elements to life from concept to finish. New episodes debut Sundays at 10pm ET/7pm PT on HGTV.com
