Plot Synopsis

In this spinoff of FLIP OR FLOP, contractor and MMA fighter Bristol Marunde and his wife, real estate agent and designer Aubrey, flip houses in one of the toughest real estate markets in the country: Las Vegas. The couple run a boutique business where quality is as important as the bottom line, and turning a decent profit means tight budgets and doing most of the work themselves. Together, they renovate homes that Las Vegas buyers want: modern, glamorous and turnkey. During the series, Bristol and Aubrey scour auction sales and real estate sites to score dilapidated homes in dire need of a full overhaul. The couple put their business savvy to the test as they face abrasive desert challenges and tight budgets in order to complete total renovations that bring in top dollar. In the series opener, "Cottage Glam," Aubrey and Bristol purchase a starter home in Las Vegas, and while it may be a small house, buyers expect the best in this town. Aubrey uses custom finishes built by Bristol to deck out the home and give it a glam-farmhouse style. After a four-month break, FLIP OR FLOP VEGAS returned with new episodes on Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 9-10pm ET/PT, as HGTV debuted back-to-back new episodes: "Buyer's Remorse" (9pm): Aubrey and Bristol take a big risk buying a tiny one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in a nice location sight unseen. Buyer's remorse quickly sets in with Aubrey when she realizes they have to go all-out to properly flip this tiny condo. Can they turn this nasty space into a glamorous and profitable showpiece without blowing the budget? "Bank-Owned Disaster" (9:30pm): Aubrey and Bristol take a chance on a disastrous Las Vegas townhouse. Though they may have gotten a good price on the home, they'll need to deal with bugs, water damage and an unexpected stop-work order to see a return on their investment. Will they be able to make a profit out of this disaster?

Season 2 of FLIP OR FLOP VEGAS premiered on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 9pm ET/PT on HGTV. In the season opener, "From Bank Owned to Industrial Vegas Glam," Aubrey and Bristol head back to the neighborhood where they flipped their first property together to check out a bank-owned, three-bedroom, four-bath home. Even with a challenging layout, Aubrey is confident she can turn the negative into a positive. After touring the property, they agree they can flip this neglected home into three floors of industrial glam that will be perfect for a young Vegas buyer looking to impress.
HGTV premiered the third season of FLIP OR FLOP VEGAS on Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 9-10pm ET/PT, debuting back-to-back new episodes:

"Design Nightmare" (9pm): Aubrey and Bristol take on one of their biggest challenges ever when a woman's 3,200-square-foot, four bedroom, three bathroom home hits the market at a price considerably lower than comps in the area. After an offer is accepted, Bristol gets to work on a quick demo and Aubrey comes up with a plan for this design nightmare.

"Glorified Shed Gets Modern Cottage Makeover" (9:30pm): Aubrey and Bristol get a deal on a structure that looks like a glorified shed on zoned horse property not far from the Strip. They plan to build a 600-square-foot addition to turn it into a two-bed, two-bath home with a new kitchen, living room, dining room and even a small loft. Aubrey gives the interior a modern cottage theme with a lot of white and gray plus pops of purple for her signature glam touch. Bristol's custom-built pergola and stone facing on the front of the house turn this small, sad building into an enticing family home that Aubrey and Bristol hope will bring them big returns in the red-hot Vegas market.
