Plot Synopsis

The Lost Kitchen is closed for the off-season, so Chef Erin French heads out on a cross-country road trip -- along with Michael Dutton -- to find new ingredients and inspiration for the restaurant when it reopens in Spring. In the series opener, "Louisiana: Adventure Begins," the duo leave the snow behind and head south to New Orleans for the first stop of their 3-month, 10,000-mile journey.
