Plot Synopsis

Each New Year's Eve since 2014 (ringing in 2015), FOX has presented a live broadcast of PITBULL'S NEW YEAR'S EVE REVOLUTION. In the first two years, Pitbull hosted a live, two-part New Year's Eve party on FOX that kicked off during primetime (8-10pm) and finished late night (11pm-12:30am). In addition to musical guests, Pitbull performed his own hits in his hometown city of Miami. New Year's Eve 2014 (Wednesday, December 31) featured performances from Enrique Iglesias, Fall Out Boy, Fifth Harmony, The Band Perry and Becky G at the Thompson Miami Beach. The 2015 event, co-hosted by Terry Crews and Wendy Williams, welcomed 2016 with performances by Puff Daddy and the Family, Jussie Smollett, Yazz, Timbaland, Ma$e, French Montana, Busta Rhymes, Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello, Prince Royce, Austin Mahone, R. City, Pia Mia and Earth, Wind & Fire. For New Year's Eve in 2016, FOX rang in 2017 with a live late-night telecast, forgoing the primetime pre-party for the first year.

On Saturday, December 31, 2016 from 11pm-12:30am ET (live)/PT (tape), Queen Latifah and Snoop Dogg hosted PITBULL'S NEW YEAR'S EVE REVOLUTION live from the Bayfront Park in Miami, FL. Pitbull start the year off right with epic surprises and this year's biggest names in music, including performances by Nelly, Coolio, Naughty by Nature, Biz Markie, Young MC, and Steven A. Clark in addition to the hosts.
