Plot Synopsis

SUMMER HOUSE is a one-hour reality series that brings together a group of nine friends who work hard making their money and building their resumes during the week, but on the weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day, they share a summer house to let loose in the Hamptons. For years, this group of friends has summered in Montauk with a variety of people, but this year they've put together the perfect group to share a rental for an epic summer filled with drama, boozy brunches, beachfront thrills, rose parties, charity galas, bonfires, and jaw-dropping hookups. This close-knit group includes Kyle Cooke, the life of the party who must decide whether it's time to grow up or to remain the quintessential bachelor; Ashley and Lauren Wirkus, fun-loving identical twins who have reached a crossroads in life; group newcomer Carl Radke, a flirtatious ex-model who has caught Lauren's eye; longtime friends Everett Weston, an ex-Army Iraq war veteran, and Lindsay Hubbard, the ultimate alpha female, who throw everyone for a loop with their newfound love; Cristina Gibson, Lindsay's roommate, a freelance reporter who grapples with her friendships; Stephen McGee, the wild card of the bunch who isn't afraid to speak his mind; and Jaclyn Shuman, a flirty, newly single girl-next-door type who is looking to be distracted from a broken heart. On Monday, January 9, 2017 -- one week before the official series premiere -- Bravo debuted an unannounced sneak-peek episode of SUMMER HOUSE as part of what the cable channel advertised as a special two-hour episode of VANDERPUMP RULES.

The sophomore season of SUMMER HOUSE premiered on Monday, January 22, 2018 at 10pm ET/PT on Bravo. The original crew of Kyle Cooke, Lauren Wirkus, Carl Radke, Lindsay Hubbard, and Stephen McGee, all return for a summer filled with lavish parties, love triangles, and rose all day. They are joined by: Amanda Batula, who, after a year of dealing with Kyle's shenanigans, has reached official relationship status with him; Danielle Oliver, a flirty and self-proclaimed "guy's girl" who is always ready to party; and Amit Neuman, a friend of Carl's from Coachella, who recently quit a job in corporate insurance, traveled the world, and then moved back home to NYC. Plus, Wirkus' twin, Ashley, visits. In Season 2, Kyle, officially in a relationship with Amanda, breaks the golden rule of the house: no couples allowed! Meanwhile, after 28 inseparable years, the Wirkus twins are facing their first summer apart. Lauren has moved on from her fling with Carl, but there's still some sexual tension complicating matters, and Ashley is adjusting to her new life in California while dealing with a serious case of FOMO. Single again, Carl finds himself in a tricky situation when he invites his ex, Danielle, to join him and his friends for the summer. Newly single Lindsay is working 24/7 for her business, so weekends are about letting loose in a big way. Stephen hopes to find love this summer, but first he must confront his conservative family about his sexuality. New houseguest Amanda is excited to spend the summer with Kyle, but after all of his shenanigans last year, she wonders if the life of the party can be responsible enough to maintain a committed relationship. Danielle is shaking things up this summer by leaving her usual share house -- but sharing space with her ex, Carl and Lauren, could prove to be awkward. And newcomer Amit is just looking to have a good time after making major life changes.

Season 3 of SUMMER HOUSE premiered on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 10pm ET/PT on Bravo, with Kyle Cooke, Amanda Batula, Carl Radke, Lindsay Hubbard, and Danielle Olivera joined by Hannah Berner, Paige DeSorbo and Jordan Verroi. This season, after many years of trials and tribulations, Kyle and Amanda decide to take a leap of faith in not only their relationship, but in business as well. However, some of the crew think it might be for all the wrong reasons. Meanwhile, after giving Everett one last chance over the winter, Lindsay is hyper-focused and devoted to her growing PR firm and getting her confidence back as a strong, independent woman. Danielle has been killing it at her new job and her friendship with Lindsay has only grown more profound. The self-proclaimed party boy, Carl, is focusing on his career and not just on his next summer fling. Will he be able to keep the emphasis on these new values or will he go back to his old ways? Newly single, Hannah, has two things in mind - having fun and avoiding a relationship. Also new to the scene, Paige is ready to take the summer by storm. And Jordan, who is very confident, joins the gang causing some of his new friends to question if he's maybe a little too much, too soon. In the season opener, "Elephant in the Room," the housemates return to the Hamptons with several new friends in tow. But before long, there's trouble in paradise. Unresolved issues between Kyle, Lindsay and Danielle quickly spread through the house, leading their new housemates to question their decisions to join the summer share. Meanwhile, Carl vows to focus on his work and never hook up with a summer share housemate again.

SUMMER HOUSE returned for its fourth season on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo. Kyle Cooke, Amanda Batula, Carl Radke, Lindsay Hubbard, Hannah Berner, and Paige DeSorbo return for the craziest summer of their lives, and they're joined by two new roomies: Luke Gulbranson and Jules Daoud. Danielle Olivera and Jordan Verroi will also be back as friends. Luke grew up in rural Northern Minnesota until a chance meeting led to a modeling job, which then ultimately led him to NYC. He has been living in New York for 15 years, balancing the big city life with his small-town roots and penchant for nature. Along with modeling, he is also a youth hockey coach and pursuing an acting career. A natural "jack of all trades," Luke is always diving into new creative ventures which includes making jewelry and woodwork. He's a lover of the woods, his Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and open space. This summer, he is looking forward to creating long lasting friendships. Born in Cincinnati with Jordanian roots as a second generation American, Jules first language was Arabic but she quickly adapted to learn English. Jules was raised to be ambitious from an early age and she always knew success was in her future. Jules attended DePaul University with the goal of becoming a doctor, but when she realized her true passion was to start a fashion and lifestyle blog she took the leap of faith and started Simply Jules in 2013. After launching, Simply Jules quickly became a top blog in the Midwest. Two years later, she expanded her business as a freelance content creator and social media marketer for businesses, all while still graduating with a Bachelor of Science, and her career continued to take off working with several high-end and emerging brands. When Jules is not taking social media by storm with her newest idea, she enjoys traveling, yoga, self-care, and letting loose in the Hamptons with friends. One can only guess what endeavor she will take on next. In the season opener, "The Big Bang," the summer starts off with a bang when Carl takes his friendship with Lindsay to the next level. While the returning housemates savor the juicy gossip, newbies Luke and Jules wonder what they've signed up for. Meanwhile, Kyle and Amanda are in a challenging place, making Paige and Hannah the house's happiest couple. But, if male model/hockey coach Luke has his way, that could change quickly.

Season 5 of SUMMER HOUSE premiered on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 9pm on Bravo. Returning roommates this season include Kyle Cooke, Amanda Batula, Lindsay Hubbard, Carl Radke, Hannah Berner, Paige DeSorbo, Luke Gulbranson and Danielle Olivera. Plus, Ciara Miller joins as new roommate. Although COVID-19 postponed Kyle and Amanda's wedding plans, their relationship has grown stronger than ever after isolating together. On the heels of her corporate job last year, Amanda now works full time for Loverboy, meaning she and Kyle are practically inseparable. They are eager to join their friends in the Hamptons this summer while expanding Loverboy's empire. Lindsay is ready to settle down this summer, and in her mind the clock is ticking on her relationship timeline. She makes it clear to her boyfriend, Stephen, that she's ready to take things to the next level. But when podding in the house together puts their relationship to the test, Lindsay is forced to evaluate where they stand. Coming off an emotional year, Carl is left to pick up the pieces and reckon with himself. Through therapy, meditation and hard work, Carl hopes this summer of self-care will make him the best version of himself and partner in the future. Hung-up on her feelings from last summer, Hannah enters the house in hopes of continuing her fling with Luke. After quarantining with her parents for months, she is feeling frisky and ready to flirt. Things get complicated when Luke arrives with newcomer and old flame Ciara, leaving Hannah wondering where they stand. Paige arrives to the house at a turning point with her boyfriend Perry. Unwilling to sacrifice her career, Paige must reflect on her goals and makes a huge decision about what she wants for her future. After quarantining back home in Minnesota, Luke shockingly arrives to the house with a new girl, Ciara. Everyone is surprised to learn the two have a long history together, and heartthrob Luke is caught in the middle between his lingering romance with Hannah and relationship with Ciara. Is he willing to be vulnerable and honest about his true feelings? Danielle returns to the Hamptons full time this summer, juggling her demanding career in tech while partying with her friends. Although she tries her best to stay out of drama, working and living in the summer house proves to be a challenge. A healthcare hero and Atlanta native, newcomer Ciara joins the house looking to let loose after treating COVID-19 patients in New York City as an ICU nurse. Invited to the house by Luke, Ciara soon finds herself involved in relationship drama and must fend for herself as the youngest and newest roommate.

On Monday, January 17, 2022 at 9pm ET/PT, Bravo premiered the sixth season of SUMMER HOUSE. After spending last summer quarantined together, the housemates are back to their regular routine of hustling during the week in NYC and spending their weekends out East with epic parties, dramatic love triangles and of course, rose all day. Returning this summer are Lindsay Hubbard, Paige DeSorbo, Kyle Cooke, Amanda Batula, Carl Radke, Danielle Olivera, Ciara Miller and Luke Gulbranson. The housemates are joined by new friends Andrea Denver, Mya Allen and Alex Wach and special appearances are made throughout the season by Craig Conover and Austen Kroll of SOUTHERN CHARM. This season: At a major crossroads in her life, the usually ambitious and determined Lindsay Hubbard is hesitant on what her next steps are. After being friend-zoned by Austen in Vermont, Lindsay continued to date Jason in the city until she experienced the biggest personal drama in her life yet. Unsure if she wants to continue things with Jason or date around this summer, Lindsay is confronted by some of her housemates that her "Hot Hubbs Summer" behavior might be getting a little too hot. Paige DeSorbo is living her best life. Soon after leaving Vermont, her long-term crush Craig Conover became single and she doesn't lose the opportunity to explore a potential relationship with him. However, upon entering the summer, Paige learns that her past-fling Andrea will also be joining the house and she is eager to see if their chemistry is still as hot as before. She is definitely smitten with both of these men... but after learning Craig might be hooking up with a well-known celebrity, she has no issues showing him that she has plenty of options of her own. Last summer, Kyle Cooke and fiance Amanda were doing better than ever, but living and working together for the past year has clearly taken its toll and the two hit their lowest point yet. Being that this is the last summer before he ties the knot, Kyle is determined to go big or go home. With many of the housemates already doubting their wedding will even happen, Kyle is forced to get his priorities in check or he could end up going home... alone. Keeping busy by working and raising a litter of puppies, Amanda Batula has been doing everything and anything but wedding planning. With only a few weeks until the big day, her pre-wedding glow is dulled by her and Kyle's continuous fighting and drama. Amanda is soon faced with the toughest decision of her life... either walk down the aisle or call off the engagement for good. Carl Radke has become the best version of himself after a difficult summer last year. His career is thriving and he is focusing on his physical and mental health by working out and meditating daily. Excited to explore a whole new world of sober dating with hopes of settling down, Carl has multiple potential romantic connections throughout the summer. Will he fall in love or fall apart? Feeling like she was working too much and not having much control over her life, Danielle Olivera quit her corporate job to take a big risk, not only financially but personally. Although she and boyfriend Robert are still going strong, they have been finding it hard to put their relationship first and this summer could be what makes or breaks them. After living in Georgia her entire life, Ciara Miller has applied for her New York nursing license and found an apartment in the city, but soon finds herself homesick. She has been dating a few different guys in New York, but is faced with a difficult decision when a love interest from her past visits the house. Finally moved on from Ciara, Luke Gulbranson wants to have a summer filled with fun... and romance. No stranger to love-triangles, Luke finds himself getting pulled into different directions throughout the Summer and once again has his fair share of drama. New to the Hamptons, but no stranger to this group of friends, Andrea Denver is excited to spend the summer with Paige. Soon after entering the house, he learns that she might have something romantically going on with someone he considered to be a close friend. And although his first instinct has always been to play the field, Andrea is determined more than ever to find the right girl to bring home to Italy. Mya Allen, a restaurant consultant who runs a cookie business on the side, likes to keep things sweet. After breaking up with her long-term fiance during quarantine, Mya joins her friend Paige for a summer she'll never forget. She is taking her time to find her next man and wants to have fun and let loose... And what better place than in the Hamptons? Born in Hong Kong, Alex Wach relocated to the United States as a child, and has lived in New York since he was 12. As a fitness instructor, Alex's priorities include eating healthy, working out and looking good. Will he be able to keep up with this party crew?

This summer Kyle is refreshed and excited to send it with his friends in the Hamptons. He's turning 40 and although age is just a number, the reality of this milestone birthday is starting to hit him. Questioning if he can support a family, Kyle wishes he were further along in his journey to financial freedom. And for the first time in their friendship, he finds himself at odds with Carl both personally and professionally. With the pressure of wedding planning behind her, Amanda is ready to kick back and have fun. She and Kyle are in a great place in their marriage and after adopting two dogs, she's exploring the idea of starting a family. However, the stress of potentially not being able to have kids is building due to recent health issues, and Amanda finds herself in a position she never imagined herself. Carl's life is busier than ever and he has no plans of slowing down anytime soon. After moving in with Lindsay, he wants to keep the momentum of their relationship going and is ready to start their forever as he begins searching for the perfect ring. With recent frustrations he's been facing in his professional life, however, Carl plans to sit down with Kyle and talk about his future at Loverboy before things come to a head. Lindsay has never been happier and, after moving in with Carl, is eager to get married and start a family. But with the rest of the house questioning the authenticity and pace of their relationship, will they stand the test of time? Danielle is currently living full time in Montauk with Robert and working hard on her fashion app. After being besties with Lindsay and Carl for years, she suddenly finds herself feuding with them over their relationship, prompting a total shift in house dynamics. As Paige approaches her 30's, she finds her priorities shifting. Her career is thriving and, although her boyfriend lives down south, she has no plans of leaving New York anytime soon. Paige loves being in a long-distance relationship, but begins to feel the pressure from Craig on her leisurely timeline. In a new era of her life, Mya has quit her restaurant consulting job and is pursuing her cookie business full time. With her relationship with Oliver growing more serious, she wonders if she will ever get over her commitment issues. Celebrating one year of living in New York City, Ciara can't imagine herself anywhere else and finally feels at home. Fully embracing the dating game, she is determined to do things right this Summer and has no expectations when it comes to men. But with her nursing career on hold and past toxic romances finally in the rear-view mirror, will she be able to regain control of her happiness and learn to prioritize herself? A New Jersey native, Samantha Feher always dreamed of making New York City her personal playground. She's a content creator who lives by the work hard, play hard motto. Very single, Samantha has a consistent roster of four or five men and is keeping things casual until there's someone worth dropping everyone else for. But with an overly ambitious personality and party animal lifestyle, can she find a partner who is able to keep up?
